Connection issues


Once in a while, you the Microsoft account on your computer will run into issues. This can be quite frustrating and prevent you access to Teams, Outlook and other Microsoft apps. These are some of the errors you might see when you're having issues connecting to your account:
 

Re-Adding Account


  1. Verify that you have rebooted your computer
  2. Check that you have internet access before proceeding to "disconnect" your Microsoft account from your computer (screen shots below show you step by step)
  3. Go to the Work or School section of the Settings app on your computer.
  4. Click on your email address. DO NOT CLICK ON GPS.CORPORATE.
  5. Verify you are seeing your email and click Disconnect and then Yes.
  6. After a few seconds, your screen should go back and you should only see GPS.CORPORATE in the list.
  7. Click Connect and enter your email address and click Next.
  8. Enter your password and two-factor authentication.
  9. Once that is finished, your email address will be in the box again.
  10. Close and re-open Outlook and Teams and they should connect without an issue.
