- Verify that you have rebooted your computer
- Check that you have internet access before proceeding to "disconnect" your Microsoft account from your computer (screen shots below show you step by step)
- Go to the Work or School section of the Settings app on your computer.
- Click on your email address. DO NOT CLICK ON GPS.CORPORATE.
- Verify you are seeing your email and click Disconnect and then Yes.
- After a few seconds, your screen should go back and you should only see GPS.CORPORATE in the list.
- Click Connect and enter your email address and click Next.
- Enter your password and two-factor authentication.
- Once that is finished, your email address will be in the box again.
- Close and re-open Outlook and Teams and they should connect without an issue.
